If you’re considering buying a franchise, we can report on the franchise agreement that you’re being asked to sign up to. These documents are usually “take it or leave it” but it’s important that the agreement is reviewed to ensure:
- it contains the sorts of clauses that can be expected in the industry
- that you understand the extent of the obligations that you’re taking on
- there are no particularly nasty or unusual clauses hidden away,
